Acceptance and service

By using SahayakTools, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. SahayakTools provides browser-based legacy-font conversion, diagnostics, reference material and related utilities for lawful personal, educational and professional use.

Lawful and fair use

You must not intentionally interfere with the service, defeat security controls, use automated access in a way that materially disrupts availability for others, or use SahayakTools to facilitate unlawful, abusive or malicious activity.

Your text and files

You remain responsible for material you choose to process and should have any rights or permission required to use it. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your own input material to SahayakTools. Core text conversion is designed to occur locally in the browser; a future workflow using a different processing model must disclose that on the relevant page.

Conversion accuracy and review

Legacy-font conversion is deterministic, but source fonts and documents can contain non-standard mappings, variants or formatting edge cases. SahayakTools does not guarantee that every output is error-free or suitable for a particular official, legal, archival, publishing or commercial purpose. You are responsible for reviewing important output before relying on, filing, publishing or printing it.

Independence and third parties

SahayakTools is an independent utility project and is not a government portal. References to government offices, exams, Microsoft Word, Unicode, font families or other third-party products describe common workflows and do not imply endorsement or affiliation. Third-party names, fonts, standards and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. External sites and service providers have their own terms and policies.

Availability and changes

We may fix, change, suspend or discontinue a feature when necessary for security, reliability, accuracy or product development. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that a particular free feature will remain unchanged forever.

Disclaimer and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SahayakTools is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. SahayakTools and its operator are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the service or converted output where such responsibility can lawfully be limited. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are intended to be governed by applicable laws of India, subject to mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules that apply to a user.
