Converter text and local files

Current published text converters process conversion input in the browser. SahayakTools does not intentionally transmit the text you paste into the core converter fields, or the converted output, to analytics or to a SahayakTools conversion server. Supported local text-file imports are read by the browser on your device.

Browser storage

SahayakTools stores limited data locally for product functionality. Your theme preference can be saved in localStorage. If you enable optional conversion history, recent input and output can also be stored in localStorage on your device. Temporary session storage may be used to move text between related converter views, and the PWA layer may cache application assets. You can remove this data through product controls or your browser's site-data settings.

Analytics and infrastructure

SahayakTools is delivered through Cloudflare infrastructure and uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate traffic and performance measurement. Cloudflare describes Web Analytics as privacy-first and cookie-free. Aggregate analytics can include page path, country, browser, device type, referrer and performance metrics. Converter text and document contents are not part of our analytics design. Cloudflare security and network services may separately process technical request information such as IP addresses and request metadata, and may use necessary cookies for security or traffic management.

Email and product research

If you email contact@sahayaktools.in or use the professional-workflow research email action, we receive the sender address, normal email metadata and whatever text or attachments you choose to send. Incoming mail is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to a designated inbox. Do not send passwords, identity documents or confidential office files unless there is a clear reason and we have specifically requested them.

What we do not do

• We do not sell pasted converter text or email data.
• We do not use core converter text to train AI models.
• We do not require an account for the current free text converters.
• We do not intentionally send converter input or output to analytics.
• We do not use personal data from the current service for targeted advertising.

Retention and your choices

Converter text processed locally is controlled by your browser rather than stored in a SahayakTools server database. Optional local history remains in browser storage until replaced or cleared. Analytics data is retained according to the applicable Cloudflare service settings and policies. Emails may be kept as reasonably needed to respond, investigate issues, evaluate voluntary feedback, maintain security records or meet legal obligations. You can clear browser storage at any time, and you can contact contact@sahayaktools.in to ask about personal information you previously sent by email.

Security and external services

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the current service, but no website, network or email system can be guaranteed completely secure. External websites linked for reference have their own policies and practices.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the product, infrastructure or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Privacy questions or requests can be sent to contact@sahayaktools.in.
